Lebanon Valley College Graduates 498 Students at May 10 Commencement #LVC2015
Lebanon Valley College celebrated its 146th Commencement on Saturday, May 9 with 498 students receiving their degrees in Sorrentino Gymnasium. The 381 graduating seniors were joined by 32 doctor of physical therapy candidates, 44 master's degree candidates, and 41 students who graduated in December 2014 and have now formally received their degrees.

Lebanon Valley College Recognizes Inquiry 2015 Participants
Inquiry 2015 coincided with the Council for Undergraduate Research's week-long celebration of student research and achievement. Lebanon Valley College celebrated the scholarly, scientific, and creative achievements of the student body in a variety of academic activities, including a public research symposium April 16 in Sorrentino Gymnasium.

Wilkes University Pharmacy Team Places Fourth in American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Clinical Skills Competition
Bethany Sharpless and Lindsey Coval represented the Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy in the 19th annual American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Clinical Skills Competition, held during the society's Midyear Clinical Meeting in Anaheim, Calif. The team placed fourth in the competition, in which a record 127 teams from pharmacy schools across the country competed.

Wilkes University Sends Out Volunteers for Alternative Spring Break
More than 60 Wilkes University students, faculty and staff particpated in the annual Alternative Spring Break from March 2-9. Students participating in the program spend their spring break performing community service to help people in this country and around the world. Destinations for Wilkes' 2013 Alternative Spring Break were Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Missouri, and New Orleans.

Local Students Recognized for Campus Impact at Lebanon Valley College
Lebanon Valley College has recognized 186 of its first-semester freshman and transfer students for making an impact on the campus as a new student. The Celebration of Student Success reception, held Feb. 7 in the Neidig-Garber Science Center atrium, honored the students' achievement.
The honorees were nominated by faculty and administrators for standing out in the classroom, in their work with classmates, as student leaders, in on-campus employment, or in extracurricular activities such as athletics, performance, and volunteerism.
